Haiti: LAVALAS is behind PetroCaribe and stealing movement from Petro Challengers, ex senator said
The PetroCaribe Challenge which started out as a non political movement is slowly becoming a political movement to get rid of President Jovenel Moise. LAVALAS is behind it, ex senator Edo Zenny said.
In a recent radio interview the former senator said "Lavalas is behind the PetroCaribe movement and they are on the verge of stealing the movement from the Petro Challengers," the youth group who started the movement on social media and later took it to the streets of Haiti.
"The Petro Challengers are clear, they are not intersted in the departture of President Jovenel Moise," Edo Zenny said, reffering to the declaration of one of the young women in the movement. "Meanwhile Schiller Louidor of Fanmi Lavalas is saying 'voye jovenel ale' (The president has to go), Moise Jean Charles is saying the same thing."
