Kidnapped Haiti Depute released after paying USD $40,000 ransom money
Kidnapped in the night of Thursday, February 20th in Delmas 65, Lavalas Depute Sinal Bertrand was released after painf a hefty sum to his kidnappers
The former deputy for Port-Salut was released Friday, February 21, 2020, after paying a ransom of USD $40,000.
His coleague, Cabaret Depute Joseph Manès Louis confirmed this news to the media.
