Since you know Micky, who does he represent in Haiti, the people or the elite, the people or the foreign governments?

Under what government were you a PNH officer?

I understand that many of the PNH were former army personnel after Aristide banned the army. I also understand that some of the PNH were targets of Guy Phillipe's thugs before Aristide was kidnapped in 2004. What I am saying is that some in the PNH were corrupt and some were loyal to the Haitian government.

Which were you?

What is the Minustha role versus the PNH's role at this stage in Haiti's history?

When I was in Haiti this year, I saw many UN patrols on the streets.

What do you want the PNH to do that will "guarantee in less than two months the insecurity will be at its lower level"?
