Good day Mr RAY, its a pleasure for me to answer all your questions where u could get an idea about whats going on in our belovely country HAITI.

First of all Mr Michel J. Martelly is an haitian.

second of all he is the president of HAITI thats mean mr RAY he represent the people of haiti it does not matter which class u come from as soon as u are haitian he is your first representant.

Mr RAY I came from to the 6th class of the PNH and i am one of the pioneer, it was in 1995 under the lavalas power.

Mr RAY this sentence ; PNH were target of guy phillippe thugs before Aristide was ousted in 2004 what do u mean by that this is not clear in your next reply please try to be a litle bit explicit.

Mr Ray u talking about crruption in the haitian police this is not new to nobody because anywhere in the world in any police force there is corruption PNH is not the first.

Mr RAY there is a very big difference between a police force and a militia.The mission of the police is to serve and protect the population how ever the goverment is part of the population the police has as role to serve and protect them too.But a militia is a loyalist their job is to do the will of the goverment example the 1957 tonton macoute.the use of this sentence pnh loyal to the haitian goverment is out of context.

I was a police officer graduate in 1995 after four (4) months training two (2)in haiti in two (2)in US.Mr RAY at this stage of haiti history minustha role actually is to restrain PNH from doing their job properly.

U say u saw many un patrol on the streets its the truth u saw them its for that we call them tourista.

Mr RAY i want to tell u this there is no patrol without prevention to do the patrol prvention u got to know the sensitive area did them people knows the sensitive area of haiti the answer is NO. BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW instead for the minustha to prevent they create the climate of the violence in haiti.

MR RAY i remember in 1996,97,98 haiti insecurity was at his highest level at that time there was minuha on the ground they had believe they could control it because PNH WAS LIMITED in his operation when preval realized that situation was an haitian concern it was there he did limit minuha conduct and allowed the PNH TO DO their job by using the strategic UNIQUE COMMAND that was the essential medicine using to stop that bleeding to bring that insecurity at his lower level.

Remember Mr RAY in our law there is no death penality but there is life time jail the consensus in haiti now regsrdless those crimimals is to get them behind the bars for two(2)lifes sentence plus fifty(50) years.
