The decree (arrêté Presidentiel) appointing Fritz Jean as Prime Minister was made public early morning Friday.

Fritz Jean is the former Governor of the Bank of the Republic of Haiti from 1998 to 2001. He was the president of the Nord-Est Chamber of Commerce before being appointed Prime Minister of Haiti.
