Jean Victor Geneus, Haiti Minister of Foreign Affairs
Jean Victor Geneus is the foreign minister of Haiti at the time where Haiti has no president and the county is under the administration of Ariel Henry as Prime Minister.
Jean Victor Geneus is a former Consul General of Haiti in Boston (1991-1998) and Haitian Foreign Minister twice (in 1991 and 2006) and later Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Haiti in Argentina.
Andre Michel and his pals made every attempt to get rid of President Jovenel Moise
Andre Michel was the loud speaker of the Haitian opposition against President Jovenel Moise. He made some of the most outrageous declarations, denigrated the president, destroyed his character day in and day out.
Every time this man spoke you think President Jovenel Moise will pee in his pants. But his words were still not powerful enough to force President Jovenel Moise to resign.
They even tried PEYI LOCK.
Then one day, on 07 July 2021, Andre Michel's dream came true. Jovenel Moise was no more.
President Jovenel was mysteriously assassinated in his private resident in the middle of night by a group of mercenaries who shouted "This is a DEA Operation" before ending his life with 17 bullets.

Asked by a reporter about his plans to solve the insecurity and gang violence problems ravaging the country, Haitian prime minister Ariel Henry literally told the reporter the Haitian people will have to save themselves.
"Haitians are very resourceful," he said. "Maybe they will invent something," Ariel Henry said with a smile in his face.
Feb 7 2021 - Supreme Court Justice Yvickel Dabresil arrested in Haiti Coup Plot against President Jovenel Moise
A Supreme Court judge for the past two years, Yvickel Dabresil, 53, was arrested shortly before 3 a.m. on Feb. 7, 2021 or the attempted coup d'etat on Haitian president Jobenwl Moise.
Chief Justice Yvickel Dabresil was one of 23 people arrested that Sunday in connection with an alleged coup attempt.
February 7th 2021, by the way, the day Haiti's opposition believed Jovenel Moise's presidential term ended.
