As a Nation, I'm glad that you were paying attention to my comments, and would like you to know that, you were talking to the wrong person.

But the question still depending! What Martelly is doing right now is rebuilding us as a strong nation.

After Duvalier left Haiti, we were all going crazy changing the constitution but, we never used the applications of the grande philosophies.
