That guy don't know what he is talking about.

If things get worse it would be sweet after whatever the condition.

Haiti can't never get worse as is with these bastards on it. Maybe a few people will get kill after they leave, but that would be the process of stability.

They have to go ASP, they are not doing anything good in Haiti.
