Jean Claude Duvalier applied for the position of bayacou last year but a group Senators and deputy turned him down for the job because of the following reasons:
1- Jean Claude Duvalier does not have enough intelligence to perform as a bayakou
2- Jean Claude Duvalier was judged physically unfit to perform the task
3- Jean Claude Duvalier was told that the ongoing modernization in sanitation in Haiti will make such profession obsolete within five years.
