Duvalier had had 38,000 macoutes or so called Volonters de la Securite National-VSN because some illiterate that could not spell failed to put L'in in front of the word securite.

Those 38,000 thugs killed 100,000 Haitians through robberies, extortion,political kidnapping and assassinations.

Those are the same macoutes, their children and grand children who are continuing the state of insecurity in haiti including people like Guy Phillip, Chamberlain,Toto Constant and the like. Therefore, the Haitian people need the final solution with the macoutes by any means necessary.
