A quick note, we do not have to deep into something which is obvious on the surface.

We do not want to warm up a left over soup and tell each other about the wonderful new taste.

Some like their soup anyway it comes, and so be it. But let us in the spirit of good communication not go over or warm up ideas which are clear and of bad taste to everyone who voted for change.

Allow to point something crucial to you, for nothing about our thoughts should be considered trivial.

1st in your earlier message YOU SAID that To be clear, the president has nothing to do personally with the prime minister.

He has to look within the majority in parliament and chooses in concertation with the chambers.

The best way, as it is in the French system, is for the majority to present the prime minister to the president.

REPLY but yesterday in your message you posted at 12:13pm YOU SAID The constitution of Haiti is clear and states that the President chooses his prime minister in consultation with the party with the majority in parliament.

I have, excuse me for pointing it out, already pointed out to you the difference between consultation, obligation and etcetera in my last reply, so there no use to warm up that idea once more. I believe that you also made it very clear a temporary majority may be formed to impose a prime minister - look at your #2 of your missed important facts notation.

And, to this point i informed you that President Martelly is in the process of forming this majority to impose his Prime Minister.

This must be so, i asserted in my reply, because the people voted for change from the status quo pf a constitution and parliament which has us stuck in the mud since 1987, if you will.
Let us move on!

2nd I must reiterate that in your message today YOU SAID that To be clear, the president has nothing to do personally with the prime minister.

He has to look within the majority in parliament and chooses in concertation with the chambers.

The best way, as it is in the French system, is for the majority to present the prime minister to the president.

REPLY with all due respect i gave you a flashlight in my last message, but just like the majority in parliament who shut off the light on Mr. Martelly during his inauguration you are also shuting off the light contained within my message.

May be you are not, and i am jumping into conclusion.

For, it could be that you just can not find the switch to turn it on. Or, it could be that the batteries are dead ideas or just old spoiled soup, just like our present parliament, constitution and its old spoiled Inite senators who are there by fraud.

Clearly if you allow fraud and non-progressive thinkers do your thinkink for you than you will end up in a garbage state of being.

Something, i implore you to understand that the people did not vote for, nor is is the song that President Martelly wants to sing to his people who are the true majority in the nation.

Here is new flashlight, this one works by solar power; so just point it to sun and it will hold on to the charge indefinitely.

The light must shine in darkness, and President Martelly came out of that inaugural dark room to shine in the sun.
Meditate on this for a good while, because we do not want to chew on the same old ideas.

We do not want to say too many things and end up saying nothing at all, because intelligence without common sense is non-sense.

Can you see?

With loving respect,
Ronald Altieri
