President martelly cannot oprate without a goverment yes but as the president he could take some drastic measures againts the parliament he could stop paying them, fire all of them, transform his goverment into a dictatorship, techniquely the parliament do nt like president matelly.
Now remember the hole world I watching he has to do what's good for the population they expect a lot from but so far nothing, today he has 100 days that never happened in haiti I think its time to show them what tet cale stand for and mr president you have all my support no matter what you do to that parliament tet cale.
