I have been advocating for a Pres/VP system long before Jesus Christ came.

A Pres/Prime minister system in Haiti is nothing but confusion, headache, a big barrier block for Haiti's advancement, and a big potential risk for political vacuum for the country.

The current system doesn't not reflect Haitian culture, values, and principle.

Haitians are just not used to this Prime minister form of government period.

Unfortunately, those moron who wrote the last piece of crap so-called constitution had to listen and obey to their master dictated them and ordered them on the adoption of this stupid system of government.

They won't be able to change it now unless they get the okay from their master.

Like the original poster put it so very well, there's been 6 weeks since a new president has sworn in, and yet, there is still NOT a government in Haiti.

But these brain dead moronic idiots still believe this is the best system of government there is in Haiti since Haiti became independent because the idea came from the master.

As far as I am concerned, the entire piece of this document called "constitution" needs to be scrapped off and write a new one by Haitians that will reflect Haitian culture, values, and principles.

The current constitution is nothing more than a "constipation" that is "suficating" Haiti.

This constitution is not worth the paper it is written on. In my opinion, all it's worth for is to wipe yourself after taking a crap.

Can't Haitians realize nothing works in Haiti?

Why can't they realize that, after all they claim to be the most intelligent, the most educated, and the brightest in the world.

Why can't Haitians understand the simple true of fact, which is "to keep doing the same thing over and over again and expect different results is what's called INSANITY."
