I don't know where an Island is located in Haiti to put those criminals you mentioned above in your email.

Forget about Prison I mentioned before, I have a better idea.

The President has to pick up an Island where they don't have access to swim back, put them on a boat the island will be call tents Island dump them there with a supply of 30 days of food and let them kill each other over the food.

I agree with someone who answered me the Prisons will cost money but the idea of the Island can start now with very little cost.

I don't care if they are elite white, Black, green, dump all of them together.

I like Martelly but if he does not take care of those peoples right away I will be very disappointed of him and give up with Haiti.

The first thing He should do is to put security in the country.
