We need to be sure the President will punish severely criminals that are destroying public and private investments as they used to do. Destroying, burning markets, prison, private homes, etc. I believe in President Martelly, he will take drastic measures with those criminals, including kidnappers, and drogue dealers.

Hang them or kill them in jail. there is no money to pay for criminals, good-for-nothing criminals.
