BRILLIANT! What's an excellent idea?

We should build prisons like RIKER'S ISLAND, and put them there for life. The kidnappers, crooks, murderers, hoodlums, gang members, and all the extremely violent offenders in the country.

We should put white, blue collars criminals, and drug dealers in them. I also want the Columbians, Jamaicans, and those who are adding misery to tragedy by introducing our youngs to drugs.

I had no idea about drugs when I lived in Haiti, and left the country at 15 years old. I was in "troisieme secondaire", and never heard the word "marijuana".

My children laugh at me when I tell them this story, and my now 12 years old grandson already know too much. They should be locked up outside the cities, and will not be able to escape.

It is a crime to get poor hungry people on drugs, and I would hang them personally.

I am willing to make a donation, and the diaspora should help build three mega jails on those islands.
