7) Will you INSTANTLY start building PRISONS or CORRECTIONAL CENTERS throughout the communities of all 10 department to prevent and lock-up the criminals from and who are KILLING, RAPING, IMPREGNATED our priceless HAITIAN WOMEN against their will?

The reason for this PRISON question is because, there is no worst offence for a person to sexually violate the dignity of the backbone of Haiti who are the Haitian women.

These women has gone through hell on continuing taking care Haiti.
