Thousands of people gathered in the city of Cap-Haitien to hear the president speak and meet some of the party candidates.

Martelly asked the people come out and vote for his party candidates.

"Nou fenk kare travay pou entere pep la," We have just begun our work for the best interest of the people, Martelly said while mentioning that there cannot be development without infrastructure.
