Palacios is due to appear in court in Miami Tuesday in federal court in Miami.
Palacios was arrested and detained in Jamaica after he escaped Haiti and fled to the neighboring country. For some reason, Jamaiva sent him back to Columbia instead of Haiti where he was to answer questions regarding the brutal murder of Haitian president Jovenel.
It is believed that Mario Antonio Palacios may have been the one who went into the bedroom of President Jovenel Moise and he might have been the one who pulled the trigger executing the president.
