Leagally speaking, Evans Paul is Prime Minister of Haiti until the 'Politique General' of new pm Fritz Jean is approved by parliament.

This is a big deal, journalist Ed Lozama says on Radio ONE, hoping that the international media does not pickup on the plain stupidity that is happening within the Haitian government.
