Haiti Parliament to meet in National Assembly, so far No Quorum

Haitian Parliament is scheduled to meet in National Assembly this Monday... As of 3:30pm there was still no Quorum for the assembly to be held.

One Haitian Deputy speaking to the media said the deputies were ready, they were waiting on the Senators to show up.

Will there be a National Assembly before the day is over is everyone's guess.
