Haiti Elections: Mirlande Manigat Rallies More Than 200,000 People in Nord'Est Haiti

Candidate Mirlande Manigat is making BIG noise in Haiti... Her campaign brought out a crowd of more than 200,000 people they say according to her Facebook page. She also landed a low blow to her opponent Michel Martelly, I think, keep on reading...

They say a picture is worth a thousand words...
Take a look at this!

That's a lot of people... Se pa vre???

Madanm nan gen moun deye-l wi... Huhhhhh...

Sa-a se pa POLL numbers non...
Sa se "PEP Numbers" - Se PEP ki kanpe la-a...

Here is a quote from her facebook page about this rally:

An Enthusiastic Crowd of Over 200,000 People Ratify Mrs. Mirlande Manigat In Nord'Est Haiti. The favorite candidate in the presidential elections, Mrs. Mirlande Manigat, has toured in cities including St. Suzanne Nord'Est, Trou du Nord, Ferrier, Fort Liberte and Ouanaminthe.

In Fort Liberte, 27 February 2011, Ms. Mirlande Manigat said:

"At this historic moment in our nation, our mother Haiti Cherie must regain her dignity and pride of the people."

The Nord'Est chanted with all its might: "No to immorality!"

WHAT???
No to immorality?

Is that a NO to Michel Martelly?
Wi fout...Gad'on lobey!

Are they talking about Sweet Micky...

Oh man!... That's a low blow... That's below the belt... LOL

On a side note: It's good to see that the Manigat campaign is finally making use of social media like facebook to let us know what she is up to.

Really, I talk about Michel Martelly so much you would think he is paying me... NOT... It is just that his presence on the web has, so far, been much stronger than that of Mirlande Manigat... Dako ou pa?

Back on the campaign trail....

2 Questions for you

What is your opinion about this picture above? (is that worth 20,000 words?)

Do you think Mirlande Manigat will come out on top and be sworn in as Haiti's next "Presidente"???

bagay la poco fini sa ou we la se troket la chay la deye.zafe ou we mounn ap ede lot yo li fe pati de vi humen pou califie an tan ke bon samariten.

sa pa vle di ou califie pou vin prezidan.

Si se ta sa gen anpil lot mounn ki fe plis ke Micky ki te ka vin prezidan sa vle di pou mwen Americain yo te met pran Haiti, men selon la loi yo pa otorize pou fe sa se sac fe yo te bay Wyclef cane se yon nan neg ki rete fidel a Haiti epi ki fe plis. se youn nan mounn mwen supote a 100% pou 100% men sa pa vle di mounn li supote a mwen doue supote l tou, paske mwen fri pou choizi yon candida selon mwen menm. I hope Wyclef will president of Haiti one day, men gen yon senate ki elu an Haiti cap fe bon bagay Steven Benoit se yon nan neg ki ka vin president tou paske li fe loi ki an fave pep sa ka fe li bat anpil candida nan prochen elecsyon si lap contunie fe bon
