Many Haitian politicians are stupid and illiterates who would never appreciate DEMOCRACY

I have to agree with the prime minister 100%, but regarding those thugs and imbeciles, they only need to have some constitution to limit terms of no more than one or two terms, after that get out. If not, only God knows because they are all stupid and illiterate who would never appreciate DEMOCRACY.
