Can Jean Claude Duvalier's son run for office in Haiti?

Last time I checked he is still Haitian.

There is no law or provision of law in the constitution that prevent him from running for office.

The country does not belong to Lavalas but to all Haitians, including Nicolas Duvalier and Jean Bertrand Aristide's son or daughter.

It's time to end this type of politics of exclusion...and apply the following: Le pouvoir au plus capable!
