Well, a good lesson to learn for Mr. President Martelly.This can work two ways:
1)If he is Haitian and he is the Haitian president in power, then he has breached the protocol.

2)If he is an American as some people claim that he is, then he all the rights to get involved in American politics(Tet Kale)shoved head!LOL.
