Now, Oscar Arias is fit enough to give advise to the president of Haiti?

He have the audacity to send a letter to the President of Haiti?

Before he can gives advise to Haiti, he most share the dollars he receives from uncle Sam started from 2004 while he was the head of National Liberation Party.

In 2006 he cry like a little B ICTH asking for more cash to coorporate with Uncle Sam.
Sam wanted him to do dirty works.
