Martelly's scientist are developping super fistibal for the Military

The USA placed a weapons embargo on Haiti since several years.

Now Martelly want to resuscitate the Haitian military with no monies and no weapons.

Military tanks, Machine gun, military boats, war planes etc..

are expensive.

To circumvent this obstacle Martelly is taken several approaches:

1- Martelly enters in negotiation with the faculty of genie in Haiti for research and development in rubber elasticity, hyper-elasticity and study in polymer chain in a cross-linked network as an entropic spring that will allow them to produce Super Fistibals to equip the military.

2- Martelly has a contact person that will approach the Cuban mafia in Florida to sell him weaponry on the black market.

3- Martelly will use exotic meat to feed the military by feeding them with gnow
