YES I would want them to leave but trough a Transition process..

The president should take advantage of the situation now and ask for help to create the country army.Now it is not UN reponsability to build an army for haiti but the gorvernment.

I must say a "Perusals"of haiti Insecurity including law enforcement regulatinns in Haiti is crucial.Lots of sick people that we think are criminals may needs help and we do not have a ministry set up for that however some of them out there are making crimes due to povrety and so on and they must be law enforcement in place.

But where do we start?

With who and How?
