Unfortunately, we're in a serious mess. The rules that were put in place to protect and help the people end up hurthing the people.

When you have a bunch of shortsighted fools who don't see the big picture, you end up lose-lose scenario.

The President should vet his people a little better and the senators need to stop acting like jackasses.

Unfortunately, the court system which is supposed interpret the law cannot intervene unless prompted.

Either the legislative or the executive branch needs to open a case and request interpretation.

Otherwise, it's like having a computer problem and I keep complaining about it but I never take it to the computer tech guy to fix.
