Interpretation de la Constitution.

Ths is overdue.

It has been many situation the like that happened and interpretation and jusrisprudence from the Highest Court would have solved the problems.

It is unfortunate that those sitted judge doesn't understand their function and probably doesn't have the intellectual competency for such responsability.

Their existence is for collecting a pay check- Useless Some more suckers.
