The government had to tell them that an apartment will be provided to them temporary as they start working they have to pay due and those construction will not be in the capital but in the other department.

Let's start will decentralization of port-au-prince right there.Also before anything happen, government have to do tent census to know how many people use to live together.

No single house will be provided.
