I think is the haitian government job to provide free housing for all those affected from the last earthquake there are so many good plan put for haiti after the last earthquake why mathelly do not andorse them the rebuilding of modern port au prince I hear there was a floating water city the was working for haiti .I think that will be good idea for haiti it will create job and help the citizen get back on their feet it will give port au prince a boost .I does not know who came with the idea but I find it on haitixchange.com if that project take place the floating city it will give port au prince a face lift in the caribbean why the rest of the country is been rebuilt it will help agriculture there are so many good plan for haiti that preval did not endorse them .I hope mathelly make a difference we cannot go for the big fish we have to start from small haiti is a country destroy and devastated it will take year and decade to get everything back to speed we dont have to start big we have to start small hopefully we will get there.
