I said he's a nice person personally.

But doesn't mean he ISN'T corrupt.

If there is anyone with a mental problem.

It is you. You live in a dream world and not the real world.

Or you are naive.

But Haiti has been SO corrupt in the last 100 years (or after the French left) you don't know what it is to what it is to not have to lie and deceive each day. You're mental dream state is a state of YOUR mind. You need help, whether it is medication or therapy.
