Martelly is leading that is why they are trying to scare him but you know Haitians are waiting to teach them a lesson.

They have asked Martelly to abide by their CEP ruling if he does not win, but Martelly argue that Haitians will hold anyone accountable if any electoral frauds occur in Haiti.

Let's wait and see!
