-Why Jean Claude Duvalier Has a Black and red flag attached on his left side?

-Does the black and red flag means a renewal of the Duvalier's torture and execution during the 1960's through the 1980's.?

-Jean Claude always said that the reason he was overthrow is because he was too soft. Could you imagine that what he will do if he manage to seize power again?
