Why Mr. Martelly needs to accept to be candidate # 3 in the 2nd tour as the man clearly wins these elections.The majority of the people voted for the man so let's be fair.Mr. Preval is the only responsible for this mess.Mr.Preval thinks the majority of the Haitian people is stupid.

Shame on President Preval, Jude Celestin, and that bunch of garbages, the CEP.
