I want to be back in my country to serve my nation as a good soldier, can you bring the FAD'H back?

If yes, when?

because I have a dream for Haiti, but the condition they are doing politic in haiti make me as an anything at oversea, all those years that I spent at school, today evrything become useless.

My dream was to be one day become a great soldier in haiti.
