Regard: ELECTRIC PLANTS
Will you negotiate with other powerful countries to help planted an ELECTRIC PLANT ON each one of the 10 department of Haiti?

The reason for this ELECTRIC PLANT question is because no country can move forward swiftly WITHOUT ELECTRICITY in the 21st century.

Electricity is the cream of the crops in every country.

A country without proper electricity service is A DISABLED COUNTRY PERIOD.

Again, Will you negotiate with other powerful countries to help planted an ELECTRIC PLANT ON each one of the 10 department of Haiti?
