Who's election is it?

With or with out Wyclef, this is anybody's election.

The most competent and fitting president would be Mrs. Manigat or Garaudy Laguerre.

But Mrirlande has the dead weight and bad legacy of her husband on her shoulders and have not realzed much personnally, besides being Manigat's wife and making every issue a legal one.
