Why is President Jovenel Moise hiding the real truth from the People of Haiti?

"There are certain truths that, as president, I cannot tell you because, if I tell you these truths, it may not be good for the future of the country," President Jovenel Moise said in his speech on 18 Mai 2019 in Arcahaie, Haiti.

What is "the truth" that President Jovenel is talking

in that same speech, President Jovenel told the people of Haiti: "The decision to remove the monopoly from the people who are sucking Haiti dry, unless we remove these monopolies, pita ka pi tris (we will regret it later)"

Jovenel Moise Also predicted his potential fall from power in Haiti, even his death many times in his speeches. He also warns that his downfall will be a big mistake for the country and its people, although he didn't say it clearly.

President Jovenel made reference to Haitian president Sylvain Salnave who was executed after his term expired but later the people regret it.

In the same speech, President Jovenel said: "Back in 1806, Haitians like you and me killed Dessalines. 216 years later, here we are praising him."

Why is the president speaking in tongue when he could just come out and tell it like it is.
