Who are the modern political prisoners in Haiti?
Question: Is a person destroying public and private property during a street protest immune from the law?
Here is another thing that is confuses me about the modern political prisoner in Haiti:
Each time a street protest turns violent in Haiti, the opposition claims infiltration but as soon as the protestor committing the crime is arrested, he becomes a political prisoner.
