Haiti Elections - CEP Members with NO DECHARGE are about to Wipe out Candidates with NO DECHARGE

Haiti Elections Update -- There is a big discussion out there that a few members of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) do not have DECHARGE as required by the Constitution; however, these CEP members are about to seriously shorten the list of Presidential Candidates on the basis of DECHARGE... This is slowly becoming the talk of the town...

Tonton Bicha pa gen DECHARGE
Tonton Bicha pa gen DECHARGE

Journalist Gary Pierre Paul Charles brought to the attention of his audience on his radio program Haiti Debat on Radio Scoop FM an article on the Haitian Constitution that clearly states that a member of the CEP must have DECHARGE, BUT... The CEP he was referring to is the PERMANENT Electoral council, not the Provisional Electoral Council.

The journalist did say however that they both abide by the same law according to article 241 of the electoral decree law.

He also mentioned that two of the members of the CEP does not have DECHARGE but the #1 reason candidates will be kicked out the elections candidate list is lack of DECHARGE...

What do you think about that?
