Even before Dr. Jack Guy Lafontant resigned as prime minister of Haiti I am sure there were other people lined up to take his place because that's the way the country operates.

For months, they've been saying that he's incapable of running the country as prime minister.

Mr. Lafontant, now a premier ministre démissionnaire, is waiting for his replacement so he can go back to the same home where he used to live without any millions in bank. That's what he said.
