Haiti - Senate call for National Assembly Sunday, 6 Senators including Steven Benoit say NO we wont GO

Haitian Parliament is supposed to assemble in a Joint Session (National Assembly) today, Sunday, 11 Jan 2015; however, 6 Senators say they will not shop up to give quorum... This is the last possible attempt at a National Assembly before parliment becomes dysfunctional...

KREYOL: Haiti - Sipoze genyen yon Assemblée Nationale jounen Dimanche 11 Janvier 2015 la men 6 Senatè, inclus Steven Benoit, di yo pap bay Quorum pou Assemble a kapab fet... Kisa-w panse?

According to Haiti radio Zenith FM, the following Senators say they will not go to the Naitonal assemnbly:

Senateur Carlos Fritz Lebon
Senateur Pierre Francky Exius
Senator Moise Jean Charles
Senator Wesner Polycarpe
Senator Jean Baptiste Bien-aime
Senator Steven Benoit, Yes Steven Benoit

Note: The Haiti National Assembly needs 51 Deputes and 16 of 20 Senators in order to have quorum... if 6 Senators do not show up, that leave 14 Senators and NO Quorum.
