Haiti - Rene Civil says NO to the Permanent Electoral Council
Rene Civil is against the Tet Kale government's idea to put together a permanent electoral council (CEP) using the same old CEP members who organized the previous elections.

According to Rene Civil, the current system of government is trying to take the country hostage, they want to hold on to power and the people will suffer.
"We have to change the system," he said.
He also spoke against the budget he says is a violation of the constitution.
