Haiti - President Michel Martelly Announce he will issue once again an Arreté Présidentiel for the completion of the Electoral Council (CEP) to reflect the new changes in the electoral body...
Everything there are members in the CEP, it's a New CEP... and a new Arreté Présidentiel must be issued I guess... Hopefully this time everyone will stop complaining and get to work...
