October 17, Haiti President Jovenel Moise honors Dessalines despite threat from opposition (VIDEO)

President Jovenel Moise has decided to commemorate the death of Jean-Jacques Dessalines this Thursday this October 17, 2019, despite all the threats made by the opposition in Haiti warning president Jovenel not to step foot outside.
