According to news report they are supposed to come up with a solution by the end of the meeting today. Stay tuned I will update you.

Also, Haitian Radio Signal FM reported that only 9 Senators were present right before the start of the meeting instead of the 15 that were present yesterday.

Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe is not present for day two, he had to go to Boston.
