Ce qui est important c'est d'arriver a un coneil electoral permanent.

On a perdu trop de temps depuis 1987. Avec un coneil permanent on economisera plus d'argent et le processus electoral sera plus dynamique, mieux structure et plus credible.

Il est deja plus que temps de finir avec cette mauvaise pratique de conseil electoral
