Earlier this morning the Haitian news media did not stress on the fact that Presidential pre-registration has started. It felt like a side news... Instead, the focus seems to me more on the extension of the online registration of the local and municipal candidates.

Based on the electoral calendar, potential presidential candidates had a period of 10 days, 11 to 20 May 2015, to register online...
